- We do not knowingly request or collect data from anyone under 13
- If we discover a user is under 13, their account and all data is immediately deleted

AI Processing and Third-Party Providers
To generate your interpretations, your dream descriptions are processed by trusted third-party AI service providers, which return an analysis.

- ✓ Providers process your text solely to generate your result and, per their API terms, do not use it to train their models
- ✓ We do not sell your dream content to anyone
- ✓ Any data used to improve SleepVision is first stripped of all personal identifiers

- Access Control: Strict access controls limit who can view your data
- Secure Infrastructure: Hosted on secure, enterprise-grade cloud platforms
- Anonymization: Training data is fully anonymized with all personal identifiers removed

We do not sell your dream content. We share it only with the trusted AI providers needed to generate your analysis (see "AI Processing and Third-Party Providers" above) — never with advertisers or data brokers.
We may share anonymized, aggregated data for research purposes or to improve AI models, but this data cannot be linked back to you or your account.
We only share personal information when required by law or to protect our legal rights.
6. Your Rights

We retain your account and dream data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services.
When you delete your account, all personal data is permanently removed within 30 days.
Anonymized training data cannot be deleted as it no longer contains personal identifiers.
